The UAE Development Team enriches its collection of  pedals from the various National Championships that are being disputed in all the nations of Europe.

In fact, after the four gold medals won by Lara
Gillespie, Carlotta Cipressi and Elisabeth Ebras and the
three silver medals won by Yuliia Biriukova and
Elisabeth Ebras, today the UAE Development Team won

another national title and a bronze medal.

After her victory in 2022, Anastasia Carbonari once
again became the national champion of Latvia. In the
same competition (the Baltich Championships) athletes from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia competed  simultaneously with three separate classifications for each nation. That is why Elisabeth Ebras also raced  together with Anastasia in Alytus (Lithuania). In the same race, but in the classification reserved for  Estonian girls, Elisabeth won a prestigious bronze medal. Another important result came instead at the  Swiss National Championships in which Linda Zanetti distinguished herself by taking a good 5th place.

Here are the statements of Latvia's national champion Anastasia Carbonari after the competition:

"The race was hard, because the Estonian athletes tried to attack me in the first part of the race, because  they knew that I was faster in case of a sprint finish. In the final laps I tried to increase the speed to reduce  the number of athletes in the group and not to take risks, but it was difficult because the course was not  very technical. In the final kilometers I thought more about taking the jersey rather than winning the race,  because that was obviously my main goal."
